The Post Bit is just a bigger version of the Butterfly Pelham for larger animals. The cheeks are longer and the rein options are bigger to look more in proportion on a larger face but also to allow for more leverage and signals for the larger horse. This bit is rarely seen on the ridden animal. This particular bit has a straight barmouth. It is smooth on one side and serrated on the other side so you can choose which side you have against the horse's tongue. If you are going to turn it over you will need to put the curb hooks on the other way round. More Info
